What you need to make St. Louis Style Ribs
Open Prairie® Natural* St. Louis style ribs. For this recipe I used 4 lb of ribs.
Brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Smoked paprika
Barbecue sauce

St. Louis Style Ribs
Ingredients
- Ingredients (please include measurements of ALL):
- 1 (3-4 lb) Open Prairie®Natural*Meats St Louis Style Pork Ribs
- For the spice rub:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix the brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
- 2. Generously rub the spice mix all over the ribs on both sides. Let the pork ribs sit at room temperature while you preheat the oven for up to 1 hour.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 4. Wrap the ribs loosely with aluminum foil, bone side down, and place on a large baking sheet.
- 5. Bake for 3 hours or until the meat is tender, almost falling off the bone
- After 3 hours, place the ribs on a clean baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and brush generously with barbecue sauce.
- 7.Turn the oven settings to broil and place the baking sheet back in the oven. Broil for 3 -5minutes until the barbecue sauce starts to bubble and caramelize.
- 8. Let the ribs rest for at least 5 minutes before carving.
