I have a busy day today, but I still want to feed my family a great dinner. Slow cooker dinner it is! I prepared this beautiful Pork Loin from Open Prairie®Natural* Pork using my favorite spice rub and a mix of tangy barbecue sauce and sweet peach jam. I cooked it in the slow cooker at a low temperature for about 7 hours, and it was perfect. The meat was so tender and juicy. It was a big hit with my family.
