This pumpkin butter is perfection! Once you make it, the possibilities for fall flavors and endless. Just add a big dollop to pancakes, toast, english muffins, bagels, biscuits, flour tortillas, baked sweet potatoes, whatever it is, you will no go wrong. It is absolutely delicious!
I went on a little vacation with my family to Waco, Tx. A couple of weeks ago and of course, we had to eat at Magnolia Table. The food was amazing, but my favorite thing of the entire breakfast, was their strawberry butter, it was amazing!! funny enough, as soon as I tried it I thought…”this would be amazing with pumpkin.” I just couldn’t wait to come home and make it and it was as delicious as I imagined, sweet, warm, delicious. Pumpkin Spice Butter
- 1 stick of butter at room temperature
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Beat the butter and powder sugar for a couple of minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again until well incorporated. Smear on your favorite biscuits or rolls.
